**We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective web development, advertising strategies, search engine optimization/marketing, collaboration with businesses, and design expertise. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our brand presence in the digital landscape.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Web Development:

- Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, functionalities, and improvements on the website.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and fix website issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

2. Ads:

- Planned, create, and manage effective online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.

3. Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM):

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance website content and structure.
- Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads

4. Active Collaboration with Businesses:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant businesses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build connections and promote our products/services.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.

5. Design:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Continuously explore innovative design trends and techniques to improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on web development, ads, SEO/SEM, collaboration, and design.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and implementing successful ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
