As a part of our aggressive growth plan to seize the current market opportunities, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in CRM and Marketing Services domain to launch new products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, including:

- Measure and reporting marketing channels (online & offline) performance, and assess against ROI and KPI
- Take lead in identifying trends and insights, enhancing spend & performance efficiency
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and to develop optimization plans
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital contents, to adopt and implement where applicable
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, to adopt and implement where applicable
- Identify new and emerging opportunities, trends, and insights, propose for implementation where appropriate
- Support the team with other BD responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in digital marketing strategy and optimization
- Strong analytical mindset & critical thinking ability
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Experience in managing/coordinating with 3rd party agencies
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and leads funnels
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience with SAAS/ CRM/ Loyalty/ POS/ Retail Rewards programs/ Martech softwares is preferred
- Able to perform well in a team environment
- Able to travel when needed

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related experience
- At least 1 - 2 years of Digital Marketing experience preferably in IT Solutions/Technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to display thought leadership and champion new ideas
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
