**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with other Advancement and Alumni (A&A) team members in the management of events and workshops.
- Develop, coordinate and evaluate initiatives to promote alumni relations and educational programmes designed to connect alumni through academics, programmes and interest groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other divisions on programmes that engage alumni through multiple channels such as academic programmes and events.
- Engage and manage alumni who support the division in events, projects and programmes.
- Plan and manage work processes related to the pre-event, on-site and post-event programme in collaboration with other A&A staff, alumni and student leaders.
- Manage SIT alumni signature events such as Homecoming and Reunions.
- Assist in conceptualising and developing effective marketing and publicity collaterals in consultation with team members.
- Maintain and update records of forthcoming events and track alumni attendance at events.
- Assist with alumni benefits and services with other administrative duties.
- Assist in managing the Alumni Management System processes.
- Conduct post-event surveys; analyse results and make recommendations for improvement for future events.
- Perform other duties and manage projects as required by the Division to further SIT’s Advancement & Alumni work.

**Job Requirements**
- A recognised degree.
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record in events or relationship management, preferably in an institution of higher learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Experience and good knowledge of System data are added advantages.
- Experience and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. PhotoShop, Illustrator) and basic video editing skills are added advantages.
