Job Description Develop, produce, and oversee content for publicity materials including brochures, newsletters, and digital platforms; oversee the department's online presence across its website and social media channels, including the production of short‐form videos for outreach and engagement on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. Organise and support outreach events and activities such as open houses, information sessions, workshops, and campus tours to engage and attract prospective students. Manage alumni relations via communications (e.g., newsletters), coordinate alumni events, curate alumni profiles, and facilitate mentorship programs, guest lectures, and other activities. Assist in donor outreach efforts, contributing to development strategies and fostering relationships with potential and current donors. Work with the various CDE units to align on efforts in outreach, communications and alumni/donor relations. Collaborate with and provide support to student clubs in outreach and administrative matters. Qualifications A recognised degree, preferably with at least 3‐5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on outreach and stakeholder engagement . Videography and video editing skills are desired, as the role may involve creating short‐form videos for social media platforms; a proven track record of successful online content would be an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and content management systems. Enjoys engaging with people and has experience in organising and running events. Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
