Solicits new customer/products through Project Information, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects - Evaluates customer’s behaviour and buying patterns in order to appropriately draft quotation to maximize the possibility of securing the deal - Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval - Administers proper planning of visiting schedules in advance to achieve maximum customer visits per week - Monitors and follows up long overdue payments - Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability - Any ad hod duties assigned by Sales Manager Job Requirement - Posses own vehicle - Must have a Singaporean Driver's License - Education : Min "N" level or higher - 1-2 years outdoor sales experience - sales experience in construction industry is an advantage - Only Singaporeans **Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Sales (preferred) Work Location: In person
