We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to perform face-to-face sales, bringing in new franchisees to expand our business. This role will also involve cold-calling potential leads to generate interest and secure appointments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team are essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to recruit new franchisees.
- Perform cold-calling to engage potential leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Present and explain the benefits of franchising with TomTom International to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the needs of the prospective franchisees.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a face-to-face capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform cold-calling and engage potential leads effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to start immediately is preferred.
- Experience in franchise sales is a plus but not required.
