Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process locally and overseas.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
- Onboard new employees and ensure they have all necessary resources and information.
- Process monthly payroll.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development programs.
- Implement HR policies and educate employees on the HR procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Administer the full spectrum of training and course.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues.
- Organise company events and staff welfare activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, payroll regulations and HR best practices.
- Proficient in InfoTech software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staffs.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Operations.
- Experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.

- Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
