**Your role**
- provide administrative support for HR operations for the Singapore and emerging markets
- preparation of documentation for any changes that may occur during the life cycle of an employee
- provide transactional support to the HR team by partnering with payroll and third party vendors (e.g. brokers, insurance companies) to ensure accurate transactional processing of employee records, adherence to company policies and processing of benefits administration, invoice coding, etc.
- answer general employee queries related to employee benefits plans and/or redirect employees to other sources of information (e.g. government website, brokers, insurance companies etc.)
- publish various HR reports/dashboards/ad hoc reports as required
- participate in ad-hoc special projects as required
**Your team**
- You will be working in APAC regional reward team. Regional Reward team covers Reward and benefits for APAC locations. The team provides administrative and advisory support to our stakeholders and employees.
- This role will allow you to have broad exposure on benefits administration and strategic planning on corporate benefits aspect.
**Your expertise**
- 3 years and above of relevant experiences with and transferrable skills from similar roles
- strong attention to details and follow up skills
- good excel skills
- strong interpersonal skill across all levels
- strong self-initiatives and determination to see through task to completion
- process strong organization and prioritization skills
