We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist with strong program and project management skills to support the planning, development and execution of total rewards initiatives, including compensation, benefits and recognition programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with our overall HR, Total Reward and business strategies. This role will be working with various stakeholders across different time zones (mainly APAC, India, EMEA and USA). Your day at NTT DATA The Total Rewards Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for playing an integral part in the analysis, administration and evolution of the company total rewards philosophy, as well as related policies, processes and practices. The main responsibility of the Total Rewards Specialist is to keep abreast of changing Compensation and Benefits trends by conducting and participating in external market research. This role works as an individual contributor within the broader total rewards team and aims to balance the Compensation and Benefits opportunities available to employees in line with organizational strategy, objectives, budgets and expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Identify, lead and manage total rewards projects from inception to completion (e.g. global and/or regional harmonization of total rewards practices and process). Program Management: Support the design and implementation of total reward programs, policies and process (e.g. annual compensation cycles). Manage continuous improvement efforts and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards programs. Data Analytics: Analyse data and metrics to support decision making related to compensation, benefits and workforce rewards. Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings. Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of reward initiatives. Communication: Effectively communicate program and project progress to global stakeholders across varied time zone. Consultation and Interpretation: Provide advice to internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners on company compensation policies, processes and practices. New Hire Offer & Salary Benchmarking: Partner with internal HR team(s) to execute new hire offers and promotions, consulting on salary pay ranges and salary benchmarking. Rollout: Accountable for the rollout of Total Rewards projects and programmes within a region/country or at a global level. Engage with internal and external Total Rewards experts to define, develop, communicate and evolve new and existing policies, processes and practices in line with the Total Rewards strategy. Annual Compensation Processes: Participate in the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process and Bonus pay-out process at regional/global level. Data Accuracy: Audit and review internal compensation data to proactively resolve pay disparities, misalignment to the compensation philosophy, and internal compression. Perform data entry, reporting, and transaction support for the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity. Market Intelligence: Research, benchmark, and analyze survey data or other market intelligence to identify trends; gather data, metrics for annual and quarterly survey submissions. Support Projects: Assist the HR Management team with various related HR projects as needed; participate in the development and execution of a broad Total Rewards strategy; provide backup to other team members. Other Related Tasks: Perform any other related task as required. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or HR program and project management. Strong project and program management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, HR professionals and other stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI. Knowledge of Workday system is a plus. To thrive in this role, you need to have Seasoned understanding of compensation, benefits, and performance management principles and their impact on employee engagement and retention. Seasoned knowledge of compensation analysis methods, including market benchmarking and salary structure. Seasoned understanding of performance management processes, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Seasoned understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, especially as applied to compensation, benefits, AND performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members, HR partners, and employees. Seasoned knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll systems for data management and reporting. Ability to handle sensitive compensation, benefits, and performance-related information. Dedication to providing responsive and helpful service to employees with questions about total rewards and performance matters. Seasoned ability to conduct complex compensation analysis, benchmarking, and design competitive pay structures. Demonstrated ethical behavior and confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation, benefits, and performance data. Required Experience Seasoned demonstrated experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and performance management. Seasoned demonstrated experience managing employee benefits programs, including plan design, enrollment, and compliance. Seasoned demonstrated experience using data analytics to interpret compensation and performance data, providing insights for decision-making. Seasoned demonstrated experience communicating and collaborating with HR teams, senior leaders, and employees regarding total rewards and performance matters. Seasoned demonstrated experience working with benefits providers, compensation consultants, and performance management platforms. Advanced demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing challenges in compensation, benefits, and performance management. Relevant experience leading and managing changes in total rewards and performance programs.
