Our client is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of lifestyle and entertainment products. They are rapidly growing and are looking for an **Assistant HR Manager** to support their growth.
- Support HR manager to oversee HR activities to enhance the entire work experience of company employees while adhering to the organization's rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
- Employ and assist companies' workforce demands by constantly recruiting talent via innovative connections and platforms
- Monitor employee hiring process as well as employee records and compensation while maintaining confidentiality
- Oversee the productivity assessment that drive personnel development and ensure that the personnel information is updated and completed on schedule
- Assist employees with HR issues by acting as a primary contact.
- Ensure HR practices, procedures and policies comply with legal obligations
- Accountable for all aspects of payroll, inclusive of CPF filing, NS wage claims, tax settlement, yearly IRAS filing and government paid leave
- Confirm payroll precision and compliance on a monthly basis
- Oversee HR functions and supervise our regional headquarters' external payroll providers
**Job Requirements**
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge with MOM, Employment laws and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in sociable environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Capable of overseeing confidential data and good organization skills
- Capable of working independently
- Comfortable and willing to be challenged in a high-growth, rapidly adaptive environment
- Motivated in a fast-paced and adaptable working environment

- Salary range: $4500 - $5500 per month
