**Job Description
As the key member of the executive management team, the CFO interacts with senior stakeholders and other members of a company. Therefore a CFO job includes:

- Has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and running of all the finance activities of a company.
- Controls middle office functions such as Trading Risk Management and Market intelligence and also back office functions such as Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
- Manages the monthly performance of the trading division including major profit and loss drivers, prepares management reports and P&L forecasts based on the analysis results, and reports them directly to CEO and HQ
- Evaluates financial models to analyze trading business performance and create scenarios for future performance
- Ensures that the Singapore entity’s financial statements are in line with IFRS and that cash flow is adequate for the organization’s operations.
- Works closely with C-level to review financial performance analysis results and develop a communication strategy

**Skill Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related qualifications, MBA degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry and business strategy consulting
- Strong ability to find meaning between pictures by structuring complex and ambiguous data
- Excellent communication and leadership skills (with HQ, senior management, and teams)
- Ability to speak and understand the Korean language is preferred
