Support business evaluations, investment analysis, and long-term growth planning. Oversee Group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management. Proactively monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational exposures. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team. Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations)Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to local leadership, contributing to growth, investments, and cost optimization. Strengthen collaboration across commercial and operational teams to drive business success.
