Ui/ux Specialist

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Specialist to join our client's Digital Factory team to create and deliver the best-in-class customer experiences for the company's digital assets with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology to drive the growth of remote channels.

This incumbent will ensure delivery quality, standards and processes with the objective of reaching out to the target audiences effectively in line with corporate guidelines, legal requirements and societal sensitivities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will drive and deliver superior customer experience for the company's new digital initiatives and enhancements on the online and mobile channels as well as emerging platforms:

- You will collaborate with product owners, tech engineers and project team to design & deliver the UX/UI for new/existing digital products/services, including prototyping.
- You will plan optimal design solutions to requirements and design problems that balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities with usability in mind.
- You will create and rapidly iterate wireframes, workflows, interactive prototypes and mocks to present and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
- You will create deliverables from initial concepts expressed as wireframes and mockups to design specifications for final development.
- You will leverage customer feedback, analytics tools, a/b testing, market research and other resources to guide decision making.
- You will organize usability testing sessions using a variety of methods to validate your concepts with stakeholders along the way.
- You will create structural design solutions for pain points that user encounter along their journey with the product.
- You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- You will be involved in all of the UI/UX designs from product concept to launch.
- You will research and analyse UI/UX trends and competitor sites.
- You will actively and continuously monitor cutting edge e-commerce, digital design and front-end trends.

**Minimum Requirements**
- You have Bachelor's degree in Experience Design, Creative Design or design-related discipline
- You have at least 3 years of industry experience in UI/UX design
- You have at least 2 years' experience in responsive web platforms, mobile app, ecommerce
- You have a portfolio of consumer-centric UI/UX design work from discovery to delivery across multiple platforms: Web, iOS native, Android native
- You have experience in UI and UX principles, creating wireframes, user flows and mocks
- You are familiar with Scrum, Agile delivery and SLDC
- You are proficient with modern usability design/prototyping tools and knowledge of web-based technologies: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- You have a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- You have attention to details, independent to prioritize and meet deadlines
