Lead IT UX/UI Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work Collaborate with IT & Business teams throughout the UX/UI design process.
- Create specific UX/UI deliverables, such as wireframes and prototypes which can be used in multiple IT platforms (ERP, CRM, PLM, Corporate Portal, Low Code/No Code Platform, etc.)
- Create Illustrate Design Ideas using storyboards, UI process flows and sitemaps
- Build design graphic user interface elements like Menu, Tabs, Widgets, Page navigation buttons & search fields
- As a part of UX incorporate feedbacks from rapid iterative user testing and refine the UI.
- Understand how a user sees form of site, contents, and then shapes an experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, latency) and eventually elevate customer digital experience around product or service and brand.
- Focus on visual elements of graphic design and follow corporate branding guidelines and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Develop UI with compelling look and feel and build a responsive screen.
- Provide design guidance to the development team on how to design the Customized UI, Landing Page, and Search Functionality, etc.
- Identify opportunities for improvement / enhancement / simplification within existing product portfolio
- Consult and educate team members and leaders on best-in-class design principles
- Lead and manage vendor engagements that support interaction and visual design as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent working experience (8+ years)
- Experience in UX/UI Designer, creating intuitive experiences that delight the customer
- Good Portfolio of design projects
- Team player: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in SAP ABAP on HANA with Web Dynpro, Fiori, UI5
- Ability to think innovatively and develop new design solutions
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of UX artifacts (e.g., personas, wireframes, journeys, prototypes)
- Experience in Interaction Architecture, UI/UX design, Customer Experience and/or User Experience.
- Ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Experience utilizing data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo etc.)
- Experience in a SAP development framework (ABAP, WebIDE, webdynpro)
- Experience in UX design and prototyping tools (i.e., Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS technologies, including knowledge of and experience with responsive web design
- Good knowledge of UX industry standards, usability, trends in web design and eCommerce including cart and checkout optimization.
