**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **UI/UX Designer**with a deep understanding of Singaporean culture and lifestyle to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing a high-profile government-to-public project that will directly impact the local community. This role requires not only exceptional design skills but also a nuanced understanding of the Singaporean context to create user-centred solutions that resonate with

local users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UI/UX design process for a high-profile government-to-public project, from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.
- Conduct user research within the Singaporean context to understand the needs and behaviours of the target audience.
- Translate user research findings and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- **Confidently articulate and present design rationale to stakeholders, effectively persuading and advocating for user-centred design decisions.**
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the UX team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior designers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design**, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
- **Experience designing for government or public service projects is highly preferred.**

**Deep understanding of the Singaporean culture and lifestyle.**

**Expert proficiency in Figma.**
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate and defend design decisions.**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for creating impactful and user-friendly digital experiences.
