**UX/UI Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer
**Responsibilities**
- **User Research & Analysis**:Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze data to inform design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on real user needs and business goals.
- **UI/UX Design with E-commerce Focus**:Design user flows and interfaces that focus on seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences that optimizes shopping experience, simplify checkout and improve conversion rates
- **Mobile App Design**:Ensure consistency in design across web and mobile platforms, creating responsive designs that are intuitive on both Android and iOS.
- **Collaborative Design Process**:Work cross-functionally with developers, analytics and client stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended
- **Prototyping & Testing**:Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, tools, technologies for UIUX or CRO

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, particularly in e-commerce and mobile app design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both e-commerce website design and mobile app design, with a focus on user-centered design principles and outcomes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Proficiency in leveraging data (eg: user interactions, analytics) to derive insights on user behaviour
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing (e.g., A/B testing, user interviews).
- Knowledge of mobile design best practices for iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and solutions.
