**What you'll be doing**:

- Deliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web platforms, focusing on crypto retail trading products
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work alongside engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented as intended
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into design solutions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Participate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs
- Use data and user feedback to drive improvements in UI/UX and optimize user journeys

**What we're looking for**:

- 5+ years of professional experience as a **UI/UX Designer**, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX thinking applied to mobile and web products
- Proficient in **Figma**, **Sketch**, **Adobe XD**, or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodology
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial products is a plus
