As an **O**perations Assistant, **your role is to report to Snr. Logistics and Procurement Officer with
the primary responsibility of coordinating logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer
service activities.
**Requirements**:
- Self-driven personality, attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Enjoys working independently in fast-growing industry
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese
**Role Accountabilities**
- Coordinating and managing the process of fulfilling orders, including receiving and
processing customer orders, organizing inventory, and arranging for shipping and
delivery.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and readily available
to meet customer demand.
- Communicating with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure that
inventory is properly managed and replenished as needed.
- Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, including scheduling and supervising their
work, as well as ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed.
- Analyzing data and reports to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and
effectiveness of the fulfilment process.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely
delivery of products and materials.
- Being a problem solver and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that
may arise during the fulfilment process.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, and implementing new
technologies and best practices as appropriate.
- Managing budgets and expenses related to the fulfilment process and ensuring that
the department operates within budget.
