**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to support the day-to-day running of HelloRide’s Singapore operations. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in urban mobility, logistics, or operations management. You’ll work closely with our operations team, helping to ensure the smooth deployment, maintenance, and coordination of our shared bicycle fleet.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in daily fleet tracking, deployment planning, and station monitoring
- Support communication with drivers, patrol riders, and warehouse staff
- Help update operational dashboards and reports (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Coordinate basic inventory and asset tracking
- Participate in field checks and quality control audits when needed
- Provide ad-hoc support for events, government coordination, or data projects
- Translate or assist with bilingual communication if comfortable (English/Chinese)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A current student or recent graduate (Polytechnic, University, or equivalent)
- Strong command of **Excel or Google Sheets**:

- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow instructions well
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site (office/warehouse/field) at least 3-4 days per week
- **Bilingual in English and Chinese is mandatory**.
