Forbell International Institute is a forward-thinking, globally oriented educational institution dedicated to empowering learners through innovative teaching, international pathways, and industry-aligned programs. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and visionary **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to lead our operational excellence, drive performance, and ensure scalable and sustainable success.

**The Role**
As COO, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the Institute. You will work closely with department heads to drive strategic alignment, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and lead initiatives that enhance academic delivery, student services, and institutional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the institute, including operation support, academic, HR, finance, marketing, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans and institutional KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant education and government regulatory bodies.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across departments.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Represent the Institute in external partnerships, accreditation bodies, and stakeholder engagements.
- Liaise with Headquarter in China when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proven experience (min. 8-10 years) in a senior leadership role within the education, private school, or training sector.
- Strong understanding of educational operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements (preferably in [insert country/region]).
- Demonstrated success in organizational leadership, change management, and team development.
- Master’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration, Education Leadership, or equivalent preferred.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation ability.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
