Craft Brewery looking for an operations manager to oversee its front of house operations

**The Role**
- Oversee all aspects of the Brewery’s BeerTruck and Tasting Room operations
- Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
- Source for suitable part-time managers and crew for the Tasting Room and BeerTrucks, plan monthly rosters and ensure that shifts are adequately staffed
- Drive the BeerTrucks to event sites and manage all aspects of the BeerTrucks’ operations
- Manage all aspects of the Tasting Room Operations
- Manage a team of full-time / part-time managers and crew
- Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs

**Woking hours**
- 5-day week, 44 hours per week
- May be required to work on some weekends and public holidays

**Skills and Prerequisites**
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive / junior management role in retail or F&B
- At least 3 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B
- Possess a class 3 / 3A driving license
- Enjoys beers and outdoor events
- Outgoing personality - enjoys chatting and interacting with people
- Meticulous - attention to detail and able to spot minute errors
- Organized - able to plan and execute procedures methodically

**About the Brewery**

Pink Blossoms Brewing poured its first pint to the public on 31 Aug 2018. Since then, it has been known for brewing some of the most delicious beers in Singapore.

The Brewery is constantly on the lookout for talents so that it can share its craft with a larger audience.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- supervisory/ executive / junior management: 3 years (required)
- customer facing in retail or F&B: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 / 3A Driving License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Singapore 408866 (required)
