**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the organization in structuring of factoring facilities and act as a liaison between Relationship Manager and clients to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
- Handle daily operational and administrative work, including reporting related to factoring and loans accounts.
- Monitor and manage the factoring portfolio in terms of operational risk.
- Build rapport with clients and customers to deepen their understanding of our factoring services and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
- Drive and implement digital transformation and process improvements to streamline operations for increased efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics or a relevant discipline.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in trade finance and operations management within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated excellent understanding of commercial financing, trade finance, factoring and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership for at least 2 years in leading, guiding and motivating an operations team towards achieving exceptional results.
- Proficient in collaborating within a matrix organizational structure.
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses an amiable disposition, positive go-getter attitude, team player and results-oriented.
- Ability to set appropriate standards and enhance the organization value and culture.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Tableau operational tasks.
