Central Service Operations Program Manager

As a member of the Global Services and Spares Business Unit, the Central Service Operations Program Manager (based in Singapore) is responsible for overseeing existing programs for BU3 such as KPI Dashboard, Profitability, Business Process, Operational Structure and initiating new programs for continuous improvement.

The scope requires interfacing with respective regional service managers to ensure deliverables are met to achieve operational excellence.

The individual will also act as a Single Point of Contract (SPOC) and work with various departments (eg, HR, IT, Finance, BU, Sales, Manufacturing) in a Cross Function Team (CFT) setting to drive improvement towards common objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring KPIs in dashboard are properly defined, measured and tracked
- Drives regional service managers for improvements if there are gaps in achieving commitments
- Partnering with different stakeholders within the company to drive continuous improvement programs
- Streamlining metrics that are important to our customer to achieve speed to resolution
- Coordinate detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
- Ensure problems are escalated timely when there are challenges in achieving objective
- Enforce current policies and regulations to meet compliance requirements
- Travelling internationally as required

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum a Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry with 3 to 5 years work experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Familiar with Semiconductor equipment and supported tool installation at customer sites
- Processed strong communication and presentation skills
- Processed interests in financials with business acumen
- Team player and has worked in a cross functional setting with different stakeholders involved
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability with mínimal supervision and exercising judgment
- Demonstrated proficiency skills using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, SharePoint, Qlik and Power BI
- Additional skills such as Leadership, Project Management and Program Management will be added advantage
- Fluent in English
- Must be comfortable to work and communicate with Mandarin-Speaking stakeholders as the role will cover regions including Taiwan and China
