Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. **Role Summary**: As a Project Manager (Program Operations), you will manage a high-impact regional programme, serving as the central point of contact for participants and partners. This role requires a self-starter to lead execution, stakeholder management, and operational planning for major tentpole events. Role: - Act as the primary Program point of contact for all external Contractors, overseeing the successful execution of their respective Statements of Work. - Serve as the central coordination point between all Contractors to ensure a seamless experience for Program Participants and Industry Partners throughout the Program Lifecycle. - Manage the Program Participants recruitment timeline, comprehensive training curriculum, and all ongoing communications with partners. - Serve as the crucial bridge to the internal central team, providing status updates, managing escalations, and ensuring smooth handling of all Industry Partner relationships. - Liaise with the Operations team to secure and manage AI program plan vouchers for all 500 Participants. - Own the onboarding of approximately 170 Industry Partners to the Program, managing all partner communication, including monthly update newsletters and "what to expect" guides for mentors. - Own all Participant communications through RSVP to ensure participants receive clear, timely information about the boot camp, timelines, AI program plan voucher, and challenge details. - Manage the operational planning and flawless execution of the program's key tentpole events: Launch, Bootcamp, and Grand Finale. - Coordinate with all Contractors to ensure their specific responsibilities are fully integrated and flawlessly executed for all key tentpole moments. - Work with the program lead to provide assets and report to internal stakeholders. - Support the creation of the post-program "AI Report" by collating program outputs and success stories from Participants and Partners. You: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, program operations, or a similar logistics-focused role. - Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive multiple moving pieces to completion. - A highly efficient individual with exceptional organisational skills and strong problem-solving capabilities. - An avid communicator with a proven ability to manage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and industry partners. - Experience in planning and managing the flawless execution of live events and large-scale programs. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and troubleshoot problems effectively. - Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC. **Contract type: 12 months fixed-term contract from January 2026
