**JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CHINA MARKET)**
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents and other stakeholders.
- Promote the institute's junior and senior high school programmes to China market and parents.
- Assist to provide a one-stop services for students from China to study in Singapore, such as registration, orientation, accommodation, catering, guardianship arrangements, etc.
- Provide advice and counselling to parents and students to help students settle down in Singapore.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders about their experience with the school and use this information to improve the quality of service provided.
- Develop flowchart on the process of student admission for China students.
- Ensures all students’ P-files are properly updated and kept, all databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep abreast to China's legislation and update management accordingly.
- Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration or related field
- Able to communicate with students and parents from China about school policies, programmes and services to study in Singapore. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential.
