Join us in playing an exciting role in building Singapore’s digital metropolis. You will be part of a dynamic team that manages and administers IMDA Grant initiatives and projects to ensure proper accountability, governance, and transparency.

If you have what it takes to build Singapore’s digital future with us, we are looking for an Operations Data Manager to join IMDA’s Incentive Management and Governance Division.

**What the role entails**:

- Manage Grant awards and claims data, and provide regular reports to management;
- Perform data analysis on Grant operations data to identify areas for improvement in Grant operations and policies;
- Provides operational support:

- Participate in the automation and other forms of digital transformation initiatives related to Grant operations; and
- Work with colleagues to enhance IMDA Grant Management System (GMS) to support effective & efficient grant operations, leveraging technologies e.g. GenAI.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in operational job functions which incorporate or leverage technologies in daily work;
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of data structure and the ability to interpret and present data insights;
- Ability to work independently while being meticulous and attentive to details;
- Capability to work collaboratively with various team members and engage with different stakeholders;
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills; and
- Preferred skillsets include
- Ability to aggregate data from multiple data streams
- Prior knowledge in data cleansing and data visualisation using common tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Creation/ usage of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (e.g. UIPath, Workato)

Position offered will be commensurate with experience.
