You will be part of the Digital Industry and Talent Group, Human Capital Cluster, to strategise and develop talent attraction initiatives in helping Singapore position itself to capture opportunities in the digital economy.

- Build Singapore as a digital talent Hub with a vibrant eco-system of tech, talent and opportunities
- Create a lifetime of opportunities for Singapore and Singaporeans in the digital economy

**Responsibilities**:

- Integrate tech talent strategies across Singapore, covering educational institutions, CET/adult learning, global/foreign manpower, scholarships, etc.
- Lead in the provision of data-driven reporting on key manpower indicators. Develop strategic data insights to support management policymaking, operational excellence and overall customer and user satisfaction.
- Prospect for and generate partnerships with industry and institutions to train and place locals into tech jobs, both locally and abroad
- Work with tech companies in Singapore and tech leaders to pursue talent policies and develop innovative projects
- Lead in the development of end-to-end customer journeys of IMDA's manpower programmes

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Planning / Strategy / Data
- Possess strong analytical skills, understand data, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management, stakeholder relationship management and business process improvement
- Experience in a public sector organisation or the tech industry in industry development and manpower policy & planning would be advantageous
- Experience in tabling proposals and communicating with senior stakeholders (e.g. senior management, Political Office Holders) would be advantageous
