Responsibilities:

- Assisting with meticulous check-in and check-out procedures for personnel and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth onboarding/offboarding process.
- Rigorously inspecting and accepting incoming materials and shipments, ensuring completeness and quality assurance. Collaborating effectively to facilitate equipment and material inventory management, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Skillfully creating and affixing detailed labels to equipment and cables, while diligently managing and maintaining rack positions for each server cabinet.
- Conducting thorough hardware status checks and conducting comprehensive inspections of the data center environment.
- Expertly replacing equipment hardware, and deploying power cords, network cables, and fiber optics to guarantee optimal connectivity.
- Ensuring seamless device power on/off operations, skillfully connecting to monitors, and performing functional checks. Establishing secure remote access environments for each data center, providing console login devices per data center, utilizing AnyDesk to seamlessly access on-site environments, and proficiently executing cable and module replacements as needed.
- Proficiently installing server operating systems and expertly initializing switch configurations to ensure smooth and efficient system functionality.
- Demonstrating the ability to independently handle server installations and removals.
- Skillfully assisting in coordinating on-site implementation with data centers and service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Establishing and delivering SLAs for server installation, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
- Supports semi-routine data center cross-connect work order requests, including installations, terminations, modifications, and testing.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification High School Diploma and above
- A minimum of 1 year of distinguished IT work experience, showcasing a track record of excellence.
- Prior experience in data center management and maintenance is highly preferred, showcasing your expertise in this specialized field.
- Advanced skills in hardware installation, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Profound familiarity with industry-leading data center cabling standards and requirements, ensuring precision and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
