Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Specialist/Community & Operations Specialist to support a product management community through strategic initiatives, event coordination, and content-driven engagement. This role involves building relationships, managing programmes, and enabling knowledge sharing to strengthen professional capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture a professional product management community through strategic initiatives and digital platforms.
  • Foster collaboration, learning, and growth among community members.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, training programmes, and networking sessions.
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and stakeholder communications for smooth programme delivery.

Operations & Tracking

  • Track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and manage budgets for programmes.
  • Streamline administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Content & Communications

  • Develop and curate engaging content for newsletters, events, and other community channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in community management, communications, event coordination, or programme operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and data tracking for programme reporting.
  • Interest or exposure to product management or digital innovation is a plus.
