The Director, BPO for SMT will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities to accelerate growth, drive and mitigate both short and long-term opportunities and challenges to ensure the cluster’s business performance is optimized.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 12 years’ professional experience, ideally gained at top-tier management consulting firms or within a Corporate Strategy group in a multinational setting.
- Deep financial acumen, analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the capacity to understand complex and detailed issues.
- Robust ability to represent data visually and construct high-quality presentations that effectively convey actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation skills, along with impeccable written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset, complemented by effective planning abilities and keen attention to detail. Capacity to navigate ambiguity, lead projects independently and proactively solve problems by demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
