**Duties and Responsibilities** - Ensure calls pick up within 3 rings - Promote our services and advise on company information to customers via phone - Provide after sales services including resolve customer issues, gather customer feedbacks and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. - Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Prompt customers relevant questions to determine nature of problems **Job Requirements** - Minimum "N"-Level/SPM - Customer-focused mindset with good verbal communication skills - No job experiences required.
