**3. Job Description**:
As a finance executive, you will be managing the platform’s settlement, day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

**4. Job Responsibilities**:

- In-charge of all settlement matters across several payment platforms, reconciliation of payments and refunds
- Assist in producing timely and accurate financial statements and monthly management accounts
- Explain enquires regarding the settlement to merchants or relevant parties with clear explanations and instructions
- Responsible for a full set of accounts and ensuring that the prepared accounts are in compliance with the approved accounting standards or guidelines
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks

**5. Job Requirements**:

- Graduates with a degree/diploma in Accounting and Finance
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as you will have to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in payment industry
- Familiar with Singapore Statutory requirements and regulations
- Tech-savvy, knowledge in Accounting Software is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
- A performance-driven attitude with desire to implement skills into new areas
- Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
- Able to adapt to a start-up environment
