Our client is a mid-sized local accounting firm, offering accounts, tax and corporate services to companies (SME) in Singapore. Due to expansion, it is now seeking a **Senior Accounts Executive** to support their rapidly growing business.

**Location**:

- 5 mins walk away from Nicoll Highway MRT

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare full set of accounts and perform book-keeping functions;
- Prepare bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, audit schedules and other reconciliations;
- Process cheque payments;
- Prepare monthly and periodic accounting & group management reports;
- Prepare & submit corporate tax, GST and annual return;
- Coordinate with hotels in monthly management reports and statutory reporting for the Group;
- Monitor bank facility covenants and liaise with banks and treasury for all banking related matters;
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary;
- Assist in preparation of annual budget;
- Other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
- Able to lead a team and prepared for a managerial position.
- Min **Diploma in Accountancy** in related field with work experience
- Experience in similar industry (i.e. accounting firm) is preferred
- Prior experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting softwares
- Self-motivated, meticulous and analytical;
- Committed individual who is able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
Additional Information:

- Mon to Fri; 9am-6pm
- Salary up to $5500
