**Who are we?**

Bernhard Schulte (Singapore) Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”), is part of the Schulte Group (the “Group”), which is a worldwide, leading family owned, ship owning and ship management group. Globally the Group owns 90 fully or partly owned vessels, provides ship management services and owns various companies which provide maritime related services (like port agency, ship chandlery, sea logistics, underwater repair and maintenance, hull cleaning technology development, NDT inspections, ERP solutions, etc.).

**Who are we looking for?**

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines preferably accounting, economics, finance, or mathematics
- 2-3 years of work experience in M&A, investment banking, asset investments and financing
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and oral English

Job-specific skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
- Well versed in financial modelling for M&A transactions, asset investments and financing
- Perform valuation analysis, financial analysis using different methods e.g. NAV, multiples, DCF etc.
- Conduct due diligence (financial, corporate) and prepare/draft reports and investments proposals
- Involved in initiation, structuring and execution of M&A deals
- Coordinates and liaises with different teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Team player with good project management skills
- Adaptable in a changing, fast-pace, and international environment
