The **Accounts Executive** is responsible for optimizing working capital and DSO through effective credit control and collections, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This position reports to the Assistant Finance Manager and is part of the Finance Team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**: - Responsible for credit control and collection to drive working capital and DSO. - Responsible for monthly closing activities & preparation of monthly account reconciliations. Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. - Prepare of quarterly GST and support annual corporate tax submission. Support self revenue recognition testing, internal and external audits. - Others: Support the business to drive sustainable profitable growth and meet financial objectives. Ensure compliance to US GAAP, local laws and regulations and Danaher/Leica policies. Ensure strong internal controls and continual process improvements, & support any other special projects or duties as assigned. **The essential requirements of the job include**: - Accounting Degree or equivalent with >2 years’ experience - Knowledge of SAP is a must - Proficient in Microsoft Excel Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
