**Customer Service Officer (Full time with Flexible work hours)
**Job Description:
1, Provide Quality Customer Service for Enquiry Calls/Text about our Housekeeping service for Residential Houses and Small Offices.

2, Create / Update Daily Job planning on time for Housekeeping Service of All workers, according to Customer Temporary / Regular Requirements.

3, Create / Update Worker Schedule according to New Sales Orders on time.

4, Conduct Customer Survey thru Text or Phone Calls.

5, Evaluation of Workers, Forewomen, and Supervisors’ Performance, and report to Manager for future action, if any.

6, Assist Accounting Clerk(s) for collection of Customer Payment.

7, Assist Salesperson to answer Customer enquiry calls, follow up unsuccessful enquiries, SMS/WhatsApp promotion, etc, upon request.

8, Support Manager for other duties that may be assigned.

9, Carry out General Administrative Tasks

10, Mid-aged Job Seeker, Housewife with relevant experience/competence is welcome.

11, Full time, Flexible work hour, 5.5 days / Week, monthly salary Packaage $1,800 to $3,000 in total.

**Job Requirements**:
2, At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3, Excellent follow up and interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with internal and external customers

**4, Keep Patient, Patient, Patient**

5, Adaptable and resourceful, Able to work independently.

6, Good team player with **initiative **and keen learning interest

7, Versatile & Detailed, Self-motivated

8, Must be a Faster Learner to Process Plenty of Messages from Customers / Salesperson(s).
