WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for carrying out the critical functions in CIS Operations and ensuring they are completed successfully within the stipulated timelines with zero financial loss.

Mutual Fund order placement
- Process mutual fund orders instructed by Portfolio Managers by placing and sending the orders to the Fund Houses or Custodian, based on the details in Bloomberg AIM input by the Portfolio Managers.

Mutual Fund Trade matching & settlement
- Perform mutual fund trade matching between the detail in Bloomberg AIM and Contract Notes received on a timely basis and in accordance with SLA agreed with the Clients.
- Send settlement instructions to the custodian for settlement.

Data input in Bloomberg AIM/IBOR
- Liaise with the Portfolio Managers to ensure subscription/Redemption trade arising from the capital calls for VCC sub-funds are input timely. Perform trade matching upon receipt of Contract Notes from the Transfer Agent.
- Confirmation (‘TC’) of mutual funds and subscription/redemption transactions in Bloomberg AIM for downstream flow to SAP FAM & IBOR.

Mutual Fund Transaction Reporting
- Report mutual fund trades executed for the day to clients and other stakeholders. Send contract notes for central dealing funds to the respective Clients/business units.

Perform monthly mutual fund/VCC sub-funds position reconciliation between Bloomberg AIM vs custodian and IBOR vs custodian.

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational requirements.
