**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global developmental non-profit organisation with strong mission in environmental conservation. They are now looking for a seasoned general manager to help run the world class conservation programs on the ground in Philippines.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director sitting in Asia, you are effectively the country manager running the business operation in Philippines.
Leading a strong team of 40+ staff with support of a number of seasoned functional leaders under your umbrella, you will be overseeing full spectrum of function ranging from program management, government engagement, fund-raising, finance and operation etc.
As part of the global leadership team, you will be the core focal point to ensure that the global mission/vision can be well aligned and implemented at local level based on local context while you are expected to leverage on your strong local network, understanding about community and business acumen to scale up the programs in terms of visibility, impact and size.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To qualify, you should be a seasoned leader who has proven track record in leading-the-leaders and is familiar with the culture and market landscape locally in Philippines inside out well.
