Established in 2017, The Kettle Gourmet is Singapore’s most beloved popcorn company and it has seen steady growth and opportunities over the last few years. We aim to be Asia’s leading popcorn company and we are looking for the right individuals to be part of our team on this journey as a **General Manager**.

As the General Manager of The Kettle Gourmet, you can expect to be taking on a strong leadership role and be highly involved in the processes of our organization. The processes include but are not limited to:

- Manage day to day operations
- Assist and follow up on sales/business development matters
- Handle customer enquiries/complaints on Strive and e-commerce platforms
- Implement and streamline SOPs
- Ensure general discipline within the company
- Lead daily huddle to follow up on job status and KPIs
- Intern management
- Assist COO on operations matter, including working with distributors

Our office is located at 28 Senang Crescent where all business will be conducted.

For this role, we are seeking an individual that is people oriented, possesses strong judgmental skills and has a minimum of 2 years experience in an FMCG company. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required as well.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 per month
