**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and maintain day-to-day operations of FMCG company
- Implement operational policies and procedures while maintaining and updating current SOPs
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records
- Design strategies and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure productivity and efficiency of employees
- Training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Handle general administrative works and ad hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business and/or Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Strong analytical, highly driven and high performing individual with strong personal integrity and exemplary leadership qualities
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure
**Salary**: $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
