**Roles & Responsibilities**

Sqkii is known for our #HuntTheMouse and #HuntFromHome campaigns that give away cold, hard cash to players. Along with our signature hunts, we specialise in building custom gamification experiences that spread the spirit of giving amongst local audiences, with notable games including #ChasingRooster and #WheresTheBox.

In January 2021, we embarked on our first venture into the player community outside of Singapore with #HuntFromHome — Around The World. We have big plans ahead for SEA and beyond, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of this exponential growth.

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the team’s eyes and hands that identify and reach out to potential clients. Your energy and eloquence will help you to bring our craziest solutions to even the most conservative businesses, while your attention to detail will allow you to manage client relations amidst a fast-paced environment.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Head of Business Development to achieve Sqkii’s strategic vision as we continuously evolve to solve clients’ real-world problems while bringing exciting games to our ever-growing community of players.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Classifying hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
- Participating in webinars, conferences and networking sessions with peers and target audience to identify business opportunities.

**What you’ll need**:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, SMM, PPC) is a must.
- Experience in B2B sales and client-servicing in marketing agencies is an added bonus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation abilities.
- A high degree of self-motivation.
- High attention to detail.
- Confidence, resilience, persistence, and social skills — a lot of these
- A results-driven and numbers-oriented mind.
- A love of mobile games or understanding of game mechanics.
