**What you will be working on**

This position is responsible for driving the marketing strategy, executing, and managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns that align with the Organisation’s vision, mission, and brand. This role involves overseeing a team to work on multiple marketing channels and platforms, collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to create effective marketing initiatives and campaigns that achieved results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that incorporate multiple channels such as digital, social media, content, events and advertising that meet the stakeholders and Organisation needs.
- Plan and develop marketing strategies to grow and retain mailing list subscribers and visitors to the website.
- Able to keep up to date, understand and perform all aspects of digital and social marketing functions such as SEM, SEO, Google Analytics and digital and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to execute all the marketing activities and ensure KPIs are met.
- Implement strategic marketing tactics to achieve registration targets for events.
- Analyse and understand different groups of target audience and trends using relevant metrics and tools to identify growth marketing opportunities.
- Work within the team or an agency to lead the end-to-end campaigns including conceptualization, planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage and ensure the Organisation brand messaging and identity are consistent across all creatives, marketing collaterals and channels.
- Maintain brand guidelines and aligned across departments.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of integrated marketing, campaign management or related roles of experience, financial industry experience will be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team, leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
- A good understanding of digital marketing, various marketing channels, content and the use of AIs, marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Eyes for details on creatives, design, and brand.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Appreciate the vision and mission of the Organisation in championing the cause for investors.
