**Role**:
AME is looking for an **assistant project manager** to assist in the planning and coordination of projects, take on administrative duties, and independently manage some project elements.

The person will support the manager through a variety of tasks related to projects, included but not limited to relationship with suppliers and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the link between the clients and the suppliers
- Collect information from the client and provide correct details to the suppliers
- Get quote from the suppliers and update them along the way when the project progresses.
- Prepare and monitor quotations & invoices to clients
- Provide information to clients by answering questions and requests
- Handle multiple projects at the same time
- Maintain contact lists (CRM) updated
- Maintain invoice filing system updated
- Contribute to team effort by helping with team meeting presentations
- Sharing market information with the team in Europe
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Suggest products to our clients
- Bring samples to our clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English compulsory, another language like Chinese or French would be a plus)
- Taste and understanding of luxury/high-end products
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in luxury industry would be a plus

**What the company offers**:
2.5k to 3.2k monthly salary depending on experience

Annual bonus based on the office performance

Hybrid working arrangement: 50/50 WFH and from office (CityHall)

Trip to France once a year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
