**Responsibilities**
- Lead the demand cycle for Ecommerce
- Ensure monthly accurate demand forecasting for distributors and customers, in collaboration with business development managers to ensure accurate forecasting & activity planning.
- Participate in the monthly pre-S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meeting to align the production & distribution.
- Coordinate with the Supply team for monthly supply of Stock from Reckitt to Distributors.
- Actively manage supply challenges to mínimal impact.
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs/returns.
- Measure and report forecast accuracy.
- Translate annual business planning into business outlook. Drive vision & operations to maximize and ensure Best in Class availability, fulfilment, and service levels together with customers & distributors
- Actively manage the supply & PO fulfilment from DB & Customer on time as promised.
- Manage product catalog.
- Lead assortment onboard at new customers.
- Proactively jointly forecast & optimize inventory levels with customers & DBs.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to prepare the supply chain for new product launches for ECOM & and product transitions. Lead our integrated and automated data reporting & insights on sell in & out data.
- Product Owner database & dashboards.
- Lead assortment review & optimization (e.g., hero SKU, listing completeness etc.) and propose opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, or Operations.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the related category.
- Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support business decisions or opportunities
- Good skill in Excel & Statistic; related experience in forecasting and supply management.
- Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams.
- Proactive self-starter. Able to keep the manager informed of progress as appropriate.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
- Preferred: Experience in database management, report automation & SQL understanding.
