With the accelerated integration of consumer digital and physical interactions with our brands, Brown-Forman is looking for an eCommerce and communication Specialist that will be responsible for the growth of the eCommerce channel and support the IMC Manager for the EA - Emerging Asia Region (SEA), Key to this goal is developing and implementing the strategies to create sustainable growth as well as partnering cross-functionally to create cohesive experiences for our consumers.
What you can expect
This position will have dual responsibility for Ecom in Emerging Asia and Supporting the Asia IMC manager in Ecommerce as a way to communicate: Ecom Commercial Responsibility;
- Leading the eCommerce strategic direction within the country, including consistent growth, exploration and development of Brown-Forman business and brands in the eCommerce space across omnichannel and only digital means.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to coordinate all aspects of account management for key e-commerce partners.
- Creating a sustainable e-commerce business for our company, including but not limited to pricing and promotion, calendar activation, execution of campaigns, tracking and reporting performance
- Integrating eCommerce touchpoints across all business models, from “Bricks & Clicks” to marketplaces, delivery partners, DTC channels etc into our campaigns to create 360 experiences
- Lead 3rd party partners and agree on KPIs to support the growth of the business as well as the data and insights gathered for and our teams. Ecom IMC Responsibility;
- Supports the Asia IMC manager in managing the Asia Communication partner BBDO
- Works closely with markets on content needs to understand what Ecom content is scalable to increase efficiency and reduce creative development and agency fees at a market level.
- Supports the IMC Manager in collaboration with CoE on E-commerce and social commerce content planning, production and management.
- Integrating plans with the brand and Integrated Marketing Communication teams to amplify campaigns through omnichannel touchpoints, and amplify 360 digital campaigns through the right media channels.
- Ensuring e-commerce priorities are integrated into annual brand business plans and communication briefs.
Driving eCommerce education and capability development within the country. Influencing and partnering with key stakeholders in sales, IMC and marketing to create aligned execution.
- Leveraging key tools such as best in class content, search, data and analytics to accelerate our e-commerce performance and recommend priority actions to the sales and marketing teams.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years working client and/ or agency side in e-commerce and / or marketing communications disciplines
- Customer Account or commercial experience in the Asia Ecom space
- Consumer brand experience in this field is a must for this role ideally in a fast moving consumer goods or luxury brand company
- Evidence of strong project management experience within a consumer orientated communications environment.
- Strong passion in Spirit Industry
- Willing to learn, a goal getter
- Proficient computer skills - excel & ppt;
- Good command of English, oral & written
