Job Responsibilities:
The Ecommerce & Campaign Specialist is responsible for driving Razer’s brand awareness and product sales across APJ etail platforms and marketplaces, with special emphasis on ecommerce campaign management. In this role, you’ll drive our revenue hyper-growth targets and channel expansion strategy on etail platforms to increase Razer’s brand presence and revenue share coming from etail sales. Effective digital ad campaign planning, management, execution and tracking is your key focus in this role.
- Maintain and expand relationships with regional etail marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, Coupang, PChome, 11Street, Blibli, Rakuten, etc) and Online Partners assisting with daily operations of marketplace management and campaign execution
- Directly communicate with country distributors and Online Partners on campaign planning, product selection, and digital co-marketing activities including coordinating with external agencies and partners
- Oversee and manage major mega sales day campaigns (618, 9.9, 11.11, BFCM, 12.12, etc)
- Plan, set targets for, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns on ecommerce platforms to convert traffic on the platforms towards sales on Razer Flagship Stores and product pages
- Plan, set targets for, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns on social media and digital platforms to enhance reach and conversion of ecommerce campaigns (CPAS ads, Google Display, etc)
- Engage and manage digital marketing agencies including budget / KPI setting / target measurement / contracting / planning / execution and reporting
- Manage localization process for digital campaign content with relevant stakeholders
- Plan, manage, and track quarterly regional ecommerce campaign marketing budget, identification of ROI, and execution within budget
- Monitor competitor market share trend to develop counter strategies to gain share
- Maintain, expand, and/or set up Razer Flagship Stores in etail marketplaces
Pre-Requisites:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an Ecommerce related field dealing with marketplaces (digital/online/etail) sales channels and online partners
- Experienced in ecommerce digital ad campaign execution, including ROI tracking
- Experienced in tracking and analyzing campaign outcomes including product revenue, traffic metrics, and other factors
- Proficient in Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns - Online advertising on Google Search, Google Display, Facebook, and YouTube
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and project management skills
- Able to work in complex and fast-moving environments and continue to drive effective results
- Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
- Upbeat, positive, and self-motivated
Good-to-have(s):
- Sales experience will be favorable
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Rakuten, or others will be favorable
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies will be favorable
