Join us as an eCommerce Lead and help us grow our business in Singapore. We are on an impressive growth journey on eCommerce at Haleon and have ambitions to take it to the next level of growth.
As **eCommerce Lead **for **Singapore, **you will be responsible for the following areas:
**Responsibilities**:
- **STRATEGIC PLANNING**: Define the role for Singapore eCommerce for the total Singapore as well as SEA business, Where to Play Choices and clear plan to deliver growth year-on-year.
- **CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT**:Define and owns the eCommerce strategy and relationship with emerging and all customers.
- **ENABLER MANAGEMENT**:Single point of contact for eCommerce enabler operations for Singapore. Responsible for operationalizing the commercial calendar for designated customers in coordination with the enabler.
- **TEAM MANAGEMENT**:Lead a team of 1-2 people and nurture high potential talent to be the digital & eCommerce expert.
- **COMMERCIAL CALENDAR**:Develop, sign-off, and manage the commercial calendar for the channel. Co-creating pricing and promo strategy (SKU level pricing and promotions) together with the eCommerce Lead.
- **SALES AND SPENDS**:Responsible for delivering sales target for designated customers and within sanction spends on Gross to Net Promotion. Accountable for budgeting, monitoring and reconciliation of trade spends for designated customers.
- **PERFORMANCE REVIEW**:Review performance of key activities within designated customers and make recommendations on improvements. Leads the review of enabler operations and metrics. Monitors performance of on-platform marketing with the performance marketing manager.
- **STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT**:Direct and review co-creating of on and off-platform marketing activities (search engine, social media channels, other digital channels) with performance marketing manager (CPAs and Off-site marketing), trade marketing (Promo, Creatives, GWP), brand teams (Campaign support, NDPs, Livestream), Finance (budget and funding), Supply Chain (stocks) align key activities.
- **FORECASTING**:Partner with supply chain and demand planning together with enabler and key retailers to ensure sales forecast accuracy and customer service levels KPI compliance. This includes timely invoicing and delivery to customer within the agreed lead time.
- **METRICS**:Responsible for data analytics and presentation based on available Digital Commerce metrics such as Conversion Rate % (CR %), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Average Basket Size (ABS), Click Through Rate (CTR %), Page views, Visitors etc. Post-promotion analysis and insights generation
- **NEW BUSINESS**:As part of career development, the eKAE will lead special projects like new business models like D2C, cross-border, Digital Commerce acceleration projects and OMNI CHANNEL
**Requirements**:
- A Degree Holder in marketing/business administration or related discipline, with 7-10 years of work experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce, Sales or Trade Marketing functions in FMCG.
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong influencing without authority skills.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Independent and self-driven.
- Strong time management and analytic skills and able to work under tight timelines.
- Willing to accept all kinds of challenges and able to handle multiple priorities.
