**About The Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Curriculum Development: Design and create compelling, self-paced e-learning modules and certification program components that resonate and engage learners.
- Innovative Learning Solutions: Utilize cutting-edge educational technologies to create dynamic digital courses that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention in evolving digital asset landscapes.
- Knowledge Management: Partner with experts to maintain an internal knowledge base, ensuring training materials are organized, accessible, and continuously updated.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other learning, enablement, and design professionals to create consistent content that meets brand standards while advocating for quality learning.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously assess and improve course content and delivery methods based on feedback, performance analytics, and educational effectiveness.
- Advocacy for the Learner: Serve as a champion for the learner experience, identifying opportunities for improvement within Genius Group’s content and communicating strategies for enhancement.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in designing and developing technical curricula, developing online/e-learning modules, and creating relevant training assets using high-quality professional design standards.
- Tech Environment: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, preferably in the Crypto, Blockchain and Web3 worlds.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using instructional design assessment strategies, including WCAG compliance.
- E-Learning Tools: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 - Rise, Articulate 360 - Storyline, Genially.io, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
- Media Production: Experience in creating video-based courses and animations (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere, After Effects).
- LMS Knowledge: Understanding of how Learning Management Systems (LMS) work, including common LMS features and the use of eLearning protocols (xAPI, CMI5, SCORM).
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated success working collaboratively in cross-functional teams on multiple projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
