**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of training project development.
- Conduct needs assessment to identify and solve business performance problems.
- Manage and curate learning paths for all MI teams, in collaboration with Learning & Development Program Managers.
- Design content across the full range of learning and development programs, employee engagement programs.
- Design and develop training materials and visualized content in a variety of modalities.
- Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities.
- Use proven instructional design methodologies and iterative processes to create highly engaging training.
- Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptability in a highly fluid start-up environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities and contribute on multiple fronts.
- Support the curation and centralization of learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks, etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams.
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in training, education, or technology.
- At least 3+ years of work experience in instructional design.
- At least 3+ years of work experience in a training space with a deep understanding of how training teams function.
- Excellent understanding of the training ecosystem including the latest trends in learning and development.
- Experience developing training materials and visualized contents. (e.g., ILT and vILT presentations, training videos, job aids, newsletters, wikis, Google sites, etc.)
- Expertise in using/managing learning technologies (LMS, LXP) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Camtasia, etc.).
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Passion for learning and people development.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
