**Instructional Design Associate Role**
- To work under the Instructional Design Lead in the development of training and educational content and deliver it via multiple modalities, e.g. LMS eLearning, micro-learning videos,etc.
- Take ownership for end-to-end module success in designing to implementation of LMS module stage.
- Re-purpose assets into multiple learning modalities to cater to different learning styles.
- Coordinates meetings and collaborations with local and international clients for needs analysis, requirements gathering, learning intervention and local adaptation of learning materials and assets.
- Manage learning assets by regularly updating & retiring content.
- Assist in development of sales enablement content.

**Instructional Design Associate Requirements**
- Degree in Arts or relevant disciplines. A Degree in Interactive Design / Instructional Design / Curriculum Development / Adult Education is an advantage.
- A creative individual who has a flair for storytelling, writing, product/learning design and vendor management.
- Independent and consistent individual who is able to work within established timelines.
- Highly motivated team player with a keen eye for detail.
- No experience required, but the willingness to learn and determination to solve problems is a must. Ideally, 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Experience with e-learning content creation softwares (Articulate 360 preferred), Adult Education and Training background with knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles an advantage (ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping etc.).

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
